教育经历 1986年获得中国科学技术大学地球物理学士学位 1986-1988年在中国石油勘探开发研究院读研究生 1991年获得美国加州理工学院地球物理硕士学位 1994年获得美国加州理工学院地球物博士学位（计算机副科）工作经历 1994-1999 美国哥伦比亚大学博士后Lamont-Doherty Postdoctoral Fellow 1996-1999 美国哥伦比亚大学副研究员和讲师Storke-Doherty Lecturer 1999-2003 美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校助理教授 2003-2008 美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校终身副教授 2008-2020 美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校终身正教授 2020-今北京大学讲席教授 2010-2020 南京大学、武汉大学、北京大学国家级访问教授 1998-2008、2016-今, 2018-今中国地震局预测所、地球物理研究所兼职研究员, 中国地震局兼职研究员

研究领域

包括地震学、地球深部物理学、地球动力学、地震大地构造学、地震层析成像、时变地球物理学、地震大数据分析。主要从事地震学和地球内部物理的研究。研究重点是地球深内部的结构与动力学，包括研究地球核心和最低地幔的结构和动力学，以及中国和东亚的岩石圈结构和构造。研究方法主要依赖于地震波数据分析、正向建模和层析成像反演。主要研究课题包括地震噪声干涉测量，中国和东亚的岩石圈结构和构造变形，地核地幔边界的性质，地球内核的旋转和变化，地球内核的三维各向异性结构，以及时变地球物理场和地震灾害与预测
