近三年在《Personality and Individual Differences》、《International Journal of Conflict Management》、《商业研究》等CSSCI、SSCI期刊发表文章10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项,北京市教育科学“十三五”规划基金1项,北京市教委人文社科基金1项,中国博士后科学基金1项。获得发明专利1项。参与国家自然科学基金2项,省部级项目3项。
