研究领域

(1)发酵工程,主要从事果胶酶高产菌株的诱变选育、发酵代谢过程控制、苹果酒生产、发酵产品的分离提纯等研究工作。 (2)生物材料,主要研究抗菌性人工骨粉体和涂层材料的合成和表征、无铅压电材料及其在生物传感器中的应用等。
