个人简介
李勇,博士/博士后,教育部跨世纪优秀人才;国务院特殊津贴获得者。已指导博士生47名、硕士生51名,博士后研究人员8名;目前正指导博士生4名、硕士生7名。长期从事营养与食品卫生学的教学科研工作(例如:肽营养学、营养与疾病、膳食配方研究、人群营养状况研究等)。先后承担:国家“973”分项目2项,国家“863”高科技项目2项,国家十五攻关项目1项,国家十一五支撑项目3项,国家十二五支撑项目1项,国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,国家自然科学基金面上项目11项,北京市自然科学基金项目4项,国际合作项目2项,教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目4项,部省级项目和校“985”项目11项及其他横向项目多项。获得省部级科技奖17项,其他奖7项。发表论文400多篇,其中SCI收录论文132篇。主编专著18部。副主编和参编10余部。获得和申报国家知识产权局专利局专利多项。
