个人简介
北京大学国家发展研究院返聘教授、校友学院发展基金讲席教授，曾任北京大学国发院副院长。获英国Leeds大学经济学博士、中国人民大学经济学硕士和法学学士。曾赴美国哈佛大学、澳大利亚国立大学、英国发展研究院访问研究。曾在英国Leeds大学经济学院、中国人民大学经济学系任教。英文杂志“China Economic Journal”创始主编。目前担任中国财政部和人社部顾问、国际机构“东盟10+3宏观研究办公室（AMRO）”顾问委员会成员，曾经担任世界银行2016年世界发展报告咨询委员会成员。他在北京大学讲授“开放宏观经济学”、“经济学原理”、“管理经济学”等课程，曾被评为“北京大学十佳教师”。
卢锋教授主要研究开放宏观经济、农业经济、经济发展等领域问题，对人民币汇率、国际收支失衡、资本回报率、产能过剩、就业转型、粮食安全等问题进行过比较系统研究，在国内外学术杂志发表几十篇论文。著有《经济学原理（中国版）》（2002年）、《商业世界的经济学观察——管理经济学案例集》（2003年）、《半周期改革现象——我国粮棉流通政策与食物安全研究》（2004年）、《服务外包的经济学分析》（2007年）、《大国追赶的经济学分析——理解中国开放宏观经济（2003-2013）上下册》（2014年）、《搞对价格、管好货币》（2014年）、《宏调的逻辑——从十年宏调史读懂中国经济》（2016年）《未来的增长-中国经济的前景与挑战》(2020年)等十几种著述。
