周梅芳，福建泉州人，北京理工大学经济学博士。参与课题： [1] 参与2013年国家自科国际合作项目“农作物转基因技术的研发、管理及相关政策研究” [2] 参与2015年农业部财政专项“棉花目标价格改革试点监测、评估和影响分析” [3] 参与2015年国家自科重大项目“黑河流域水资源管理集成项目” [4] 承担2018年中国贸促会研究院委托课题“中国农业对外直接投资研究”
