研究领域

研究领域为社会心理学，具体聚焦在社会情绪（如：敬畏）、自我、利他行为、不平等、领导力等议题。这些研究可以更好地了解社会中个体出现各种偏差行为的成因和心理过程，为进一步理解人类非理性行为提供了理论解释；同时，研究分析了个体群体性属性和自利动机冲突，研究结果为组织将来如何引导个体克服自利动机，成为更好的组织公民提供了新思路。
