1985.9-1996．10 北京体育大学, 从事体操教学、训练和科研等工作;
1996年11月 －2001年2月，在英国攻读博士学位，同时担任苏格兰体操女队的教练工作
2001年9 至今，在北京大学从事教学和科研工作
2009.1-2010.1 美国耶鲁大学访问学者
