个人简介

北京大学管理学士、公共管理学硕士，波士顿学院哲学博士（高等教育管理）。讲授“教育研究过程与方法”和“学生发展与大学影响力”课程。研究领域包括学生发展、人才培养、高等教育管理等，特别关注大学生创新能力、自主发展、兴趣动机、信念教育等问题。承担或参与大学生自我主导发展、高校学生工作与学生发展、大学生创新创业教育、高等理科教育本科教育改革等多项国家级、省部级课题。获教育部优秀调研报告奖、第四届全国教育科学研究优秀成果奖和北京大学优秀班主任等多项奖励。所授课程：教育研究过程与方法，学生发展与大学影响力。
