研究领域

实验室的长远目标是探索真核细胞维持染色体稳定性的机制和细胞衰老的机理。目前主要用端粒作为特别的切入点来研究一些基础问题,比如端粒是如何保持染色体稳定性的;在常染色质和异染色质之间的边界是如何建立的;DNA双链损伤或端粒复制发生时所产生的表观遗传信息是什么;细胞衰老的分子基础又是什么。
