1. 研发了一系列的用于膜蛋白研究的核磁共振与生物化学技术,并且成功地测定了很多膜蛋白的结构与机制;2. 建立了一整套膜蛋白的高效表达,纯化,重折叠,与核磁条件优化的方法,用于测定了T细胞受体(TCR)埋在细胞膜内与膜表面部分的结构;3. 研发了一种新的DNA纳米管液晶用于微调膜蛋白并成功运用于核磁共振的方法来测定膜蛋白结构。
