个人简介

2002年毕业于浙江大学医学院临床医学系获得MD。2006年毕业于中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学获得PhD。2006年至2010年在美国哈佛大学医学院波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究,并于2009年任哈佛大学医学院讲师和Research Associate。2010年9月起至2016年8月任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员,研究组长。2016年9月起任职于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长。曾获得国际心脏研究会ISHR“杰出研究员奖”、国家杰出青年科学基金、 “英国皇家学会-牛顿高级学者基金”、中国青年科技奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、谈家桢生命科学创新奖、树兰医学青年奖、科学探索奖、上海市自然科学牡丹奖等。多次获得中国科学院“优秀研究生指导教师”称号、“优秀导师奖”、“朱李月华优秀教师”奖等。

研究领域

谱系示踪与细胞命运可塑性 研究工作 研究组主要利用基于同源重组酶系统的遗传谱系示踪技术,在哺乳动物体内进行细胞标记及追踪来研究细胞起源及命运,揭示发育、疾病、再生过程中的细胞分化、增殖、衰老、死亡等细胞命运过程,并阐明细胞命运调控的分子机制,为相关疾病治疗提供重要理论基础和新的研究方向,解决了领域内多个重要科学问题,取得系统性原创成果。
