个人简介
河北省沧州市人。1982年以优异的成绩考入北京大学国际政治系，先后在北京大学获得法学学士、硕士、博士学位。现任北京大学国际关系学院教授，博士生导师，中国人权研究会常务理事。曾应邀到美国、日本、德国、瑞士、新加坡、澳大利亚等国讲学、任教和合作研究，主持过多项国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目和世界银行麦克纳马拉项目等的研究工作，已出版个人学术专著2本，合著4本，并在国内外发表学术论文100余篇。
