个人简介

巴黎大学（UPMC）计算机科学博士，清华大学管理学博士；北京大学国际关系学院长聘副教授、研究员、博士生导师。 Dr Hang Luo is an associate professor at the School of International Studies, Peking University. He holds a Ph.D. in management from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in computer science from Universite Paris VI. His research interests include computational international relations, computational international organization theory, international network analysis.
