个人简介

2001年获北京农学院学士学位；2008年获中国农业科学院研究生院硕士学位；2012年获中国农业大学博士学位；2014年-2015年在美国俄勒冈州立大学访问学者。2001年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。现任饲草育种与栽培创新团队助理；中国草学会草地管理专业委员会副秘书长。研究成果荣获 2013年5月获得西藏科学技术奖一等奖: “西藏河谷农区草产业关键技术研究与示范” （第5完成人）

研究领域

主要从事栽培牧草的营养诊断与施肥技术研究，以紫花苜蓿为研究对象，利用原位控制肥效试验和高通量测序技术，研究土壤微生物对牧草生长和肥料利用效率提升的促进机制。
