研究领域

单分子酶学,单分子生物物理学 应用光镊、磁镊以及荧光共振能量转移等单分子技术围绕DNA复制、修复、重组、编辑及分离等核酸代谢过程进行重要分子机器(例如:解旋酶,聚合酶,核酸酶等)的动力学解析,理解它们的分子机制、功能及协作模式,为治疗由该类蛋白异常引起的相应疾病提供分子生物学基础。
