个人简介

赵福平，1981年2月生，湖南省衡阳人，博士，研究员，博士生导师。2003年获湖南农业大学学士学位；2006年获湖南农业大学硕士学位；2009年获中国农业大学博士学位；2009年-2011年在美国加州大学和杜兰大学做博士后；2013年4月-2013年5月在爱尔兰农业与食品发展部的动物牧草研究和创新中心进行合作交流；2015年6月-2015年12月在瑞典瑞典农业大学做访问学者；2016年11月-2017年11月作为第3批“甘肃省引进金融和科技人才”挂职于甘肃庆阳市农牧局和市农业科学研究院，任副局长和副院长。2011年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事统计基因组学和猪、羊遗传育种研究，现任猪遗传育种创新团队骨干专家、中国畜牧兽医学会养猪学分会理事和动物福利专家评委委员会成员，以及BMC Genomics、Bioinformatics、Animal Genetics等国际期刊审稿人。2014年入选所“优青杰青后备人才”，2015年入选江苏省“双创”人才

研究领域

主要结合生物信息学，利用测序数据挖掘猪、羊特定部位的脂肪沉积、生长发育和繁殖性状等重要基因，揭示其遗传机理，建立了数据分析平台；提出新的基因与环境互作效应检测新方法和全基因组选择统计新方法和算法，建立猪全基因组选择和选配平台。
