个人简介

1985年获浙江农业大学学士学位；1988年获中国农业科学院研究生院硕士学位；1996年获中国农业科学院研究生院博士学位。1988年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。中国畜牧兽医学会家畜生态学分会副会长；中国畜牧兽医学会环境卫生学分会常务理事；《动物营养学报》和《家畜生态学报》编委。荣获全国科技攻关先进个人。主要成果集约化饲养畜禽应激反应及抗应激添加剂研究与应用，北京市政府，北京市科技进步奖，三等奖，2000 ，（1/15）肉质改进技术研究与开发，河南省人民政府，科技进步，省部二等奖， 2004，（2/10）北方地区京星优质黄羽肉鸡新品种开发，北京市政府，北京市农业技术推广奖，三等奖，2007，（5/10）

研究领域

主要从事环境营养与肉品质研究工作，主要研究内容：环境影响畜禽营养代谢机制研究；调控畜禽环境生理的新型饲料添加剂创制；高端肉生产的环境和营养控制关键技术研究。
