个人简介
1984年获武汉大学学士学位；1991年获武汉大学硕士学位；1994年获武汉大学博士学位；2001年-2003年美国康奈尔大学全职访问教授。2004年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。现任中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传育种学分会副理事长，中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记学分会副理事长，《农业生物技术学报》副主编。
研究成果先后荣获
2012年国家技术发明奖二等奖“猪产肉性状相关重要基因发掘、分子标记开发及其育种应用”（第一完成人）
2015年中国专利优秀奖“一种制备同时表达多个基因的转基因动物的方法”（第一完成人）
2015年中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队奖“猪基因工程与种质创新团队”（第一完成人）
2014年中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖“国际首例小型猪近交系研究与鉴定”（第二完成人）
2014年海南省科学技术奖“五指山猪实验动物化研究”（第八完成人）
2013年大北农科技奖特等奖“中国家猪种质特征演化及其分子育种应用”（第四完成人）
