研究领域

我们关注细胞内受磷酸化调控的各种过程。在近期工作中,我们研究了一类分泌系统内的新型激酶,系统阐明了其中多个成员的功能和调控机制,并揭示了它们与人体疾病的关系。同时,我们也关注脂肪代谢过程中的关键酶和复合体。最近,我们利用冷冻电镜技术,解析了人源线粒体三功能酶近原子分辨率的结构,阐明了其组装方式及与线粒体内膜结合的机制。
