研究领域

着重发展基因组编辑技术,特别是其在高通量功能基因组学方面的技术平台建设,用于基因、非编码RNA以及多种基因组调控元件的功能研究;同时结合表观修饰识别、动态成像等手段,研究癌症、感染等重大疾病发生发展的分子机制,为发展高效治疗手段提供新的药物靶点和思路。
