研究领域

汤超实验室主要进行系统生物学与物理生物学方面的研究。我们应用和发展定量方法和工具,有机地结合理论、计算和实验来提出和解决关键生物学问题,目的是发现生物世界中的基本规律及普适性原理。目前研究方向包括:细胞周期调控,细胞命运决定与转化,生物网络中的功能与拓扑结构的关系,发育与进化中的定量问题,细菌生长与代谢,生命现象中的非平衡热力学与统计物理问题,人工智能及在生物中的应用。
