研究兴趣包括基因表达调控,三维功能基因组和非编码RNA。以早期胚胎干细胞和癌症细胞为模型,运用基因组学,蛋白质组学,生物信息学,基因组编辑,生物成像和生物化学等多学科技术开展染色体结构调控的分子机制,动态变化和疾病的相关研究。
本实验室将致力于:1,染色质结构和调控因子的系统鉴定。2,单细胞和全基因组水平上染色质结构装配与动态调控研究。3,研究干细胞命运决定,细胞周期以及疾病发生过程中的染色质结构的分子机制和结构基础。
