研究领域

主要从事灵长类动物脑结构复杂特性的分子机制研究，以及人类特异基因表达的进化模式和寻找作用于人类特有表型特征的关键基因，揭示在人类进化历程中正选择的基因对人类潜在特殊能力，尤其是人类认知能力方面的分子机制。主要研究包括 1.通过分析转录组、代谢组、脂质组等多组学分子数据，研究人脑从发育到衰老过程的分子和调控机制； 2.通过比较人类和近缘灵长类动物脑部从发育衰老全过程中的转录组、代谢组、脂质组等多种分子水平的变化，鉴定人脑特有的分子变化特征并据此探索人脑特有功能进化的机制； 3.通过比较健康人脑和认知相关疾病的人脑在多组学上的差异，研究人脑发达认知能力形成的进化机制；
