个人简介

张敏,博士,北京大学深圳研究生院副教授, 深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀计划”B类人才。香港科技大学电子及计算机工程学系博士,西安交通大学微电子系硕士及学士。博士毕业后加入香港半导体业界从事集成电路先进器件的设计开发。2012年加入北京大学信息工程学院,目前作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、深圳市科创委创新创业专项、基础研究布局项目等数项。已发表SCI及EI检索国际论文90余篇,及国际会议邀请报告10余篇, 专利授权及审查10余篇。 目前主要研究课题包括纳米电子器件、柔性可拉伸器件、二维材料器件、纳米能源及传感器件、VR微显示控制芯片等。 目前主持的主要科研项目: 1. 深圳市学科布局项目:柔性可拉伸碳纳米管阵列薄膜晶体管关键技术研究; 2. 深圳市学科布局项目:VR微显示关键技术研究; 3. 深圳市基础研究自由探索项目: 应用于电子皮肤的碳基柔性可拉伸传感器研究; 4. 企业合作项目:先进显示集成电路研究。 已主持完成的主要科研项目: 1. 国家自然科学基金(青年):高性能柔性透明金属氧化物/碳纳米管复合薄膜晶体管研究; 2. 深圳市知识创新计划: 碳纳米管阵列在集成电路领域的应用研究; 3. 深圳市海外高层次人才创新创业项目(小孔雀):应用于新型柔性显示的纳米材料及器件研究; 4. 深圳市基础研究项目:柔性纳米管增强摩擦发电薄膜的特性及应用研究。 近年来取得的主要成果: Book Chapter 1.
