研究领域

长期从事肺癌发病分子机理研究,利用临床样本在基因组水平进行系统性的研究来揭示肺癌致病基因,阐明这些基因的功能和机理,鉴定临床上肺癌诊断和治疗相关的重要生物学标志物和分子靶标;还利用动物模型研究肺癌不同亚型之间潜在的转分化并阐明肺癌转分化的分子机理,揭示肺癌转分化对治疗耐受的作用。
