个人简介

2000年本科毕业于兰州大学生物化学专业;2003年在中国科学技术大学获生物物理硕士学位;2010年毕业于美国国防医科大学(UniformedServicesUniversity),获神经科学博士学位;2010年05月至-2015年05月在纽约斯隆凯特琳癌症研究所做博士后。2015年6月加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员

研究领域

神经发育和干细胞治疗

哺乳动物大脑皮层按照精确的时间顺序逐渐发育而成。本课题组着重研究胚胎期大脑皮层的不同神经元活动发育的顺序,它们在发育中的相互关系以及在神经环路形成的作用。目前,本实验室主要研究电突触(gapjunction)在大脑皮层发育中的功能以及它的形成分子机制。此外,本实验室也正探索应用成年海马齿状回神经干细胞控制甚至治愈颞叶癫痫潜在的可能性。我们将应用多通道膜片钳技术结合光遗传,细胞分子生物学,显微成像等手段对这些未知的问题进行研究
