研究领域
创建多项国际领先的斑马鱼在体研究技术,包括在体斑马鱼全细胞记录、大脑血管三维结构成像和定量分析等。运用这些研究技术,结合光遗传学、在体双光子成像、行为学、药理学、数学模拟等方法,从突触-神经元-神经环路-行为的研究策略出发,以视觉系统为切入点,在全脑尺度上研究感觉-运动的神经机制以及神经调质系统的功能,特别侧重于神经环路功能联结图谱的研究,以期以点带面,阐明重要脑功能的工作原理;与此同时,拓展交叉研究方向,探索脑血管网络的发育规律及其神经调节。
