研究领域

主要围绕真核基因表达调控中的一些关键科学问题,包括基因转录表观遗传调控的分子机制、蛋白质翻译起始调控的分子机制、蛋白质正确翻译和保真性的分子机制、以及蛋白质功能失调与疾病发生和发展的关系等,针对一系列参与染色质修饰、mTOR信号通路调控和生物代谢的重要蛋白质和蛋白质复合物、以及治疗性抗体药物等,运用结构生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学等方法,开展蛋白质的结构、功能及其分子机制的研究。
