个人简介

研究领域

研究方向1:重大疾病神经行为、神经认知功能下降影像学预测平台 借助现代磁共振成像技术手段,采集重大疾病患者大脑结构、功能图像,将信息科学中的新概念新技术引入数据分析中,借助人工智能的帮助融合患者临床病理诊断数据,建立重大疾病症状发展、神经行为、神经功能下降风险的影像学预测平台,并应用于临床诊疗评价中,为临床实现重大疾病发展的早期评估、预测提供客观、准确的影像学依据。 研究方向2:多模态医学图像计算平台的临床应用 借助医学影像全面、无创、定量观测肿瘤整体形态,对肿瘤的发展过程和治疗反应随时监测。借助图像分割与重建,从放射影像中提取大量特征,通过深度挖掘数据、寻找疾病的内涵特征,为临床诊疗决策提供支持。
