个人简介

个人简介 朱卫东,理学博士,微电子学院讲师。分别于2011年和2014年获得西北师范大学理学学士和硕士研究生学位,于2017年获得南京大学理学博士研究生学位,同年加入西安电子科技大学微电子学院。主要从事于钙钛矿太阳电池、新型光电探测器相关材料与器件物理研究。近年来,以第一作者在AdvancedEnergyMaterials、NanoEnergy、J.Mater.Chem.A、ACSAppl.Mater.Interfaces、Nanoscale、Chem.Commun.、DaltonTrans.、Nanotechnology等国际著名期刊发表论文25余篇,获授权发明专利1项。 教育经历: 2014.09~2017.06,南京大学,博士,物理学(免试推荐入学) 2011.09~2014.06,西北师范大学,硕士,凝聚态物理学(免试推荐入学) 2007.09~2011.06,西北师范大学,学士,物理学 工作经历: 2017.06~至今,西安电子科技大学,讲师,微电子学院 科学研究 目前主持的科研项目: 国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项,2019.01~2021.12; 陕西省重点研发计划(重点产业创新链-工业领域)1项,2018.01~2020.12; 中央高校基本科研业务费项目1项,2018.01~2019.12; 博士后创新人才计划项目1项,2019.06~2021.06; 博士后面上项目1项,2020.11~2021.11。
