个人简介

个人简介 刘帘曦(1979.4-)男,湖北省利川市人。西安电子科技大学博士、教授,博士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,重大专项项目1项,973计划项目1项。先后参与了国家自然科学基金、国家高技术发展计划(863)、教育部博士点基金、国防科技预研等集成电路设计的科研项目的研究。在IEEETCASI,IEEETCASII,Circuit,SystemandSignalProcessing,AnalogIntegratedCircuitsandSignalProcessing,IEICEELEX等国内外重要学术期刊及IEEE国际会议上上发表有关低压低功耗CMOS模拟集成电路、混合信号集成电路及高层次模型设计的研究论文30余篇,其中有20多篇论文被SCI、EI及ISTP检索。申请发明专利30余项,授权20余项。2015年获得“陕西省青年科技新星”称号。2015年获得陕西省高等学校科学技术奖,一等奖;陕西省科学技术奖,一等奖。2016年荣获国家科学技术进步奖,二等奖。 荣誉获奖 [1]2015年,“系统芯片低功耗关键设计技术”,陕西省科学技术奖一等奖,排名3 [2]2015年,“系统芯片低功耗关键设计技术”,陕西省高等学校科技奖一等奖,排名4 [3]2015年,“陕西省青年科技新星” [4]2016年,“用于集成系统和功率管理的多层次系统芯片低功耗设计技术”,国家科技进步奖二等奖,排名3 [5]2019年,“低功耗传感器模拟前端集成电路与系统技术”,陕西省电子学会技术发明奖,一等奖,排名2
