研究领域

1、浮游藻类分子生理生态学研究:认识浮游藻类优势种群适应环境因子变动的生理生态响应机制,揭示优势藻类种群竞争中的适应策略和生理响应阈值,研究藻类响应环境变动的特殊生物标志物,发展原位实时动态监测浮游植物生消和生活力的技术,为预测预报水华的发生和水质的安全管理提供科学依据。 2、藻源次生代谢产物(蓝藻毒素和异味物质)的生成规律及其生物学和毒理学研究:建立主要蓝藻毒素微囊藻毒素、节球藻毒素和其他蓝藻毒素灵敏和快速测定技术,建立微囊藻毒素的分析技术体系,分析并确定我国特有的蓝藻毒素结构,研究蓝藻毒素调控的分子机制、毒素的生物学功能及其毒理学研究;建立藻类异味次生代谢物分析方法,鉴定我国富营养化水体中产异味藻的种类,建立适用于饮用水异味去除的实用技术。以上研究将为我国水质异味检测标准方法的建立提供依据。 3、藻种资源的保藏和利用研究:收集保存我国不同生境的藻类, 特别着重陆生藻类、有毒藻类和有重要经济价值藻类的收集和保藏,不断增加保藏物的数量;研究和发展先进、可靠的保藏方法;建立环境指示物种生物学特性基础数据库,提高现代化管理水平,促进国内外的资源信息共享;结合研究项目,对保藏的藻类遗传资源,特别是有重要经济价值或与环境保护密切相关的藻类遗传资源进行研究和开发利用。
