个人简介

郑小兵，男，1969年生，博士，研究员，博士生导师，现任中国科学院安徽光学精密机械研究所副所长、党委副书记。1990年毕业于浙江大学光学仪器工程学系，1994年和1998年在中科院安徽光学精密机械研究所分别获硕士学位和博士学位。2001年作为访问学者在美国加利福尼亚大学（圣芭芭拉）从事海洋光学研究。在中国光学学会光学测试专业委员会、中国宇航学会空间遥感技术专业委员会等学术组织中担任委员， 2007年至今任《应用光学》编委，2011年被聘为中国科学技术大学教授。2011年获国务院政府特殊津贴。 2012年获国家科技进步二等奖。指导硕博士研究生40余人作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金、科技部863、中科院和多个行业部门技术研发项目。在国内外学术刊物上发表文献120余篇，获得发明专利授权11项，主持制定国家军用标准1项。

研究领域

从事遥感定标方面的研究，针对我国空间光学遥感快速发展的应用需求，提出“全过程系统级定标”技术思路，开展卫星传感器辐射/光谱/偏振定标新方法和新技术研究，研发实验室、星上和场地辐射定标技术和装备。
