个人简介

1992年毕业于北京服装学院,获工学学士;2004年毕业于浙江大学,获工学硕士学位;2009年毕业于中国科学院昆明植物研究所,获理学博士学位,导师郝小江研究员;2010年至2017年于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所先后从事博士后研究及助理研究员工作,合作导师陈晓亚研究员及美国布鲁克海文国家重点实验室刘长军教授。2018年人才引进中国科学院昆明植物研究所工作至今,担任副研究员,硕士生导师。入选云南省中青年学术和技术带头人后备人才。以(共)第一作者在Nat. Chem. Biol.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Org. Lett.,Sci. China Life Sci., Biochem. J.等杂志上发表研究论文16篇。

研究领域

1. 高活性天然产物小分子的发现。如发现了新奇骨架的新型杀虫活性先导化合物C25型苦木素-牛筋果苦素甲、乙。其活性与一线农药吡虫啉相当。 2. 重要植物次生代谢产物生物合成研究。综合运用分子生物学、生物化学和植物化学等学科知识技术开展植物重要次生代谢物(如棉花植保素棉酚、治疗光线性角化病的一类药物巨大戟醇-3-O-当归酸酯等)生物合成途径的解析。发现糖代谢解毒酶-乙二醛酶I在棉花中特化后丢失了甲基乙二醛的转化活性,却可以高效催化棉酚生物合成中间体的芳香化,这代表了一类新的芳香化酶,揭示了植物次生代谢途径进化的一个新特征。 3. 代谢途径关键酶机制研究。完成了青蒿素途径关键酶紫穗槐-4,11-二烯合酶、催化中药广藿香活性成分广霍香醇合成的广霍香醇合酶催化机制研究及蛋白质工程改造
