研究领域

荨麻科系统发育基因组学和生物地理学研究:运用基因组数据(如叶绿体全基因组、转录组和简化基因组)和化石标定开展荨麻科及重要类群(如苎麻属、水麻属等)的系统发育重建和时空演化格局研究。 东南亚地区物种形成和多样化成因研究:立足东南亚地区,选取东南亚地区特有植物类群,综合运用系统发育基因组学、生物地理学,结合古地质气候历史证据,揭示岛屿演化和海陆变迁对植物演化的影响。 种质资源保存的遗传信息覆盖度评估:依托国家重大科学工程——中国西南野生生物种质资源库,选取重要经济植物(如苎麻、核桃等)为研究对象,利用系统发育基因组学和群体遗传学方法,对比物种遗传变异格局及库存的种质信息,评估库存种质资源的遗传信息覆盖度
