研究领域

主要从事高等真菌分类学与系统发育、物种形成与适应性进化等研究。我国西南地区是世界生物多样性热点地区之一,是世界上研究真菌物种多样性及其起源和演化少有的理想地区,也是研究物种形成的天然实验室。立足我国西南地区,将微观和宏观相结合,综合运用多学科手段重点研究了牛肝菌科和铆钉菇科的分类、系统发育、协同演化和物种形成
