研究领域
从事冶金电化学、室温离子液体中冶金新工艺新技术、锂离子电池、纳米材料的制备及应用、功能材料等方面的研究。
(1)锂离子电池的研究,针对新型锂离子电池电极材料的制备、性能、储能机理进行研究,研究电极材料的显微结构、组成与储能之间的关系,以及电极材料界面性能及扩散通道的形成机制,开发,出兼备高能量密度、高功率密度以及长循环寿命的锂离子电池。
(2)铝电解惰性电极材料的研究,主要针对Al、Mg、稀土金属及其合金的电解理论和生产工艺开展工作。研究了惰性阳极铝电解过程的基本理论、开发了铝电解用惰性阳极材料,对电解法生产Al-稀土等合金进行了理论和应用研究。
(3)金属氧化物直接电还原的研究,开展金属氧化物直接电还原的研究,在直接电还原法制备金属锆、镍、钒等方面取得了较好进展。将离子液体引入电解研究,取得了重要进展。
(4)室温轻金属冶金的研究,主要针对利用室温离子液体电解质,开展离子液体的合成、电化学性质以及作为电解质电沉积Al、Al基合金开展研究,由AlC13与溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑(BMIM)Br合成铝基离子液体(BMIM)Br-AlC13,在离子液体(BMIM)Br-AlC13中,进行了铝和Al-Mn合金的电沉积研究。
(5)低温电解的研究,研究在低温氯化物熔盐体系中添加稀土电镀铝镍合金和铝锰合金的电镀工艺,研究工艺参数对电镀Al-Ni合金的沉积速率、镀层组成、电流效率等的影响,对Al-Ni合金和Al-Mn合金镀层的耐蚀性和硬度等性能进行研究。
