个人简介

1998年本科毕业于南开大学生物化学系,2003年中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所获得理学博士学位。随后在美国Scripps研究所和美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院进行博士后研究(受美国白血病淋巴瘤协会资助)。2009年获选哈佛大学公共卫生学院Yerby Fellow。2012年获聘美国康纳尔大学和纽约州立大学布法罗分校Tenure Track助理教授职位。2012年8月回中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所工作,任研究员,研究组长,博士生导师。获得国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金资助,国家科技部基础科学重大研究计划子课题负责人,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(B类)子课题负责人,中华医学会骨科分会再生医学青年委员会组长,中华医学会骨矿盐与骨质疏松分会基础组常委,中国生物工程学会转化医学分会常委等

研究领域

1)研究间充质干细胞所受到的表观调控在骨关节炎、骨质疏松及骨损伤修复过程中的作用。 2)研究间充质干细胞的衰老与骨疾病的关联及分子基础。 3)研究机械力对于间充质干细胞功能及骨结构的调控机制。 4)研究骨损伤修复中间充质干细胞的起源、增殖及命运决定的机制
