个人简介

2003年毕业于南开大学，获得学士学位；2009年毕业于中国科学院上海生科院生化与细胞所，获得博士学位。2009年11月至2015年8月于美国哈佛大学医学院/波士顿儿科医院(Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital)从事博士后研究。2015年9月起任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员，博士生导师，研究组长。

研究领域

在应对复杂的生存环境过程中，免疫B淋巴细胞经历一系列的基因重排、高频突变、DNA重组等过程，产生高效亲和的抗体分子。B细胞特异性DNA去氨基酶起始了抗体基因程序性DNA断裂或突变，同时也会造成其它基因上的DNA损伤，导致免疫系统肿瘤的发生。而免疫系统多样化的缺陷则会导致机体各种免疫缺陷疾病
