研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。1984和1987年毕业于南京农业大学土壤农业化学系,分别获学士和硕士学位;2003年在中国科学院南京土壤研究所获博士学位。1987年起在中国科学院南京土壤研究所工作,1997-1998年在澳大利亚昆士兰林业研究所和Griffith大学做高级访问学者,2004-2006年在日本国立农业环境技术研究所(NIAES)任JSPS特别研究员
