研究领域
低温放电等离子体主要研究在直流或交流、高频、微波源、太赫兹源、强激光激励下气体放电击穿形成低温等离子体及其传输、与界面互作用和工业应用的物理过程,还包括在真空环境中由于金属电极融蚀形成金属蒸气真空电弧阴极斑放电的过程。所采用的理论方法分为流体近似方法和粒子云网格-蒙特卡洛平碰撞方法。
