个人简介

赵先恩,博士、教授(三级),博士生导师、硕士生导师,曲阜师范大学杏坛学者、曲阜师范大学1361人才工程第二层次人才。中国化学会有机分析化学专业委员会委员,国家自然科学基金函评专家,卓越期刊《Chinese Chemical Letters》青年编委、《分析测试学报》青年编委。主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目2项(21775088、22176109),主持结题国家自然科学基金青年基金(81303179)、北京分子科学国家实验室开放基金、中国博士后面上项目等。曾获中国科学院院长奖、山东省高等学校科学技术奖、曲阜师范大学优秀研究生指导教师等。近五年在国内外重要学术会议做邀请报告或口头报告近二十次,担任20余本国内外重要期刊审稿人。 教育和科研履历: 2017.12-至今,曲阜师范大学,化学与化工学院,教授 (其中,2022.12-至今,三级教授); 2016-2017,北京大学,化学与分子工程学院,访问学者,质谱分析; 2012-2017,曲阜师范大学,化学与化工学院,副教授; 2010-2012,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,科技部长春质谱中心,博士后,质谱分析,获中国博士后基金面上项目资助; 2009-2010,山东省科学院,山东省分析测试中心,助理研究员,天然药物化学; 2006-2009,中国科学院大学(西北高原生物研究所),中科院藏药研究重点实验室,博士,生态学(天然药物化学),获2008年“中国科学院院长优秀奖”; 1999-2006,曲阜师范大学,化学与化工学院,本科、硕士,化学、物理化学专业,获2007年“山东省优秀硕士学位论文”(全省所有学科50项,化学学科4项) 科研项目: (1). 主持、在研国家自然科学基金面上项目2项(环境污染物暴露诱导氧化应激的醛类标志物活体微透析LC-MS分析方法,2022.01-2025.12,22176109,60万;基于稳定同位素标记衍生化的靶向脂质组学LC-MS分析方法,2018.01-2021.12,21775088,64万); (2). 主持、结题国家自然科学基金青年基金(传统中药抗帕金森病活性成分筛选及物质基础的质谱研究,2014.01-2016.12,81303179,23万); (3). 主持、结题北京分子科学国家实验室开放基金1项; (4). 主持、结题中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项; (5). 主持、结题山东省科学院科技发展基金1项; (6). 主持、结题中科院西北高原生物研究所重点实验室开放基金2项; (7). 主持曲阜师范大学引进人才科研基金1项; (8). 参与、结题吉林省医药产业重大专项基金1项(第一参与人); (9). 参与、结题十二五国家科技支撑子课题1项(骨干); (10). 参与国家自然科学基金项目4项(22076097、21405094、21175127、20875099)。 学术成果: 截止2023年4月,共发表SCI论文130余篇,h-index 31,他引超过2400次(Web of Sci),其中,第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文74篇(中科院一区/二区44篇,入选全球ESI高被引论文4篇、热点论文1篇),中文核心期刊论文9篇,授权发明专利5项(转让2项)。 学术兼职、荣誉获奖: (1).学术兼职 国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家(化学部、医学部); 中国化学会有机分析化学专业委员会委员; 《Chinese Chemical Letters》青年编委、中文核心期刊《分析测试学报》青年编委; 担任:JHMs, CCL, JCA/B, AC, BB, SNB, ACS AMI, ACA, Talanta, JPBA,JAFC, 环境化学、质谱学报、色谱、分析测试学报、分析化学等期刊审稿人。 (2). 荣誉获奖 2021年山东省自然科学奖三等奖(第4位); 2019年山东省高等学校科学技术奖三等奖(第5位); 2008年获中国科学院院长奖(优秀奖,独立)。

研究领域

赵先恩以往的研究工作主要在分析化学、药物分析、纳米材料合成与应用领域,主要研究特色在代谢组学质谱分析方法领域开展,研究特色是通过化学同位素标记液相色谱-质谱技术(CIL-LC-MS),开展组学分析方法开发及生物标志物高灵敏、高通量、高选择性检测及活体分析应用,重点关注帕金森病、阿尔茨海默症、脑缺血等活体动物模型,搭建了血-脑双探针活体微透析取样技术平台,借助质谱技术开展了关键代谢通路或生物标志物的定性/定量动态监测与药理/药效评价。近年来,研究兴趣转向暴露组质谱分析方法学开发,以及典型污染物人体健康评价相关研究,暴露标志物发现以及污染物致病机理方面等。
