个人简介

致力于面向微生物智能制造,开展高通量基因型-表型关联原创技术与装备的研究,包括微生物工业表型高通量表征与连续进化,全基因组规模基因及位点功能挖掘,基因型与工业表型关联研究装备等。在Nature Chemical Biology,Nature Communications, Nucleic Acid Research, Metabolic Engineering,ACS Synthetic Biology,Biotechnology and Bioengineering等刊物发表SCI收录论文近100篇。所持有的20余项专利中有5项通过授权实施许可实现产业化,创造了良好的经济效益。主持制定5项微生物育种共性技术国家标准。主持国家自然科学基金重点、面上、青年项目4项,国家重点研发计划课题2项等国家和企业合作课题10余项。 教育与工作经历 1998~2002 清华大学化学工程系 本科 2002~2008 清华大学化学工程系 博士 2008~2010 清华大学化学工程系 博士后 2010~2011 清华大学化学工程系 助理研究员 2011~2023 清华大学化学工程系 副教授 2023~至今 清华大学化学工程系 教授 学术荣誉与奖励 亚洲生物技术青年科学家奖(日本生物工学会,2020) 中国轻工业联合会技术发明一等奖(2019) 教育部高层次青年人才计划(2018) 伦世仪教育基金会发酵工程杰出青年学者奖(2018) 日内瓦国际发明博览会金奖(2017) 清华大学教育教学成果一等奖(2016)
