个人简介
主要从事生物化工方面的研究工作,先后涉及到了包括: 酶催化动力学、酶的固定化及相关酶反应器研究;工业微生物的发酵动力学、发酵工艺优化及新型发酵设备的设计研究;植物细胞培养及优化;杂交瘤细胞大规模培养制备单抗及体外免疫检测试剂盒的研制;基因工程和生物催化等研究领域。在生物化工领域曾发表论文60余篇, 先后完成了“两步酶法催化生产医药中间体7-ACA”工业化,填补了国家空白;“一菌双酶生产医药中间体D-对羟基苯甘氨酸Sino菌的基因工程改造”也实现了工业化,是目前工业应用性能最好,最稳定的菌株;“酶法催化从果糖制备D-甘露糖”技术也已经完成了中试,并生产出了合格的D-甘露糖产品,是目前报道的第一个实现酶法生产D-甘露糖技术。

研究领域
近年来一直从事基因工程和生物催化相关课题研究,包括:高活性表达催化用酶工程菌的构建,以提高菌株品质为目标的工业菌株的基因改造,T7系统稳定性研究及通用表达平台的构建等。这些技术主要用于工业菌株改造,针对关系到国计民生的医药工业用酶的高效、低成本制备,致力于研发以生物技术为基础的绿色环保工艺。
