研究领域

长期从事工业生物催化、合成生物学、微生物代谢工程及生物纳米技术研究。重点开展微生物全细胞催化剂及高性能细胞工厂构建的科学基础与新方法研究及产业化生产实践,致力于发展高效、通用的工业微生物底盘细胞,构建细胞工厂和细胞催化剂的定制化、模块化组装平台,实现智慧型绿色生物制造。在高抗逆性红球菌微生物细胞催化剂平台创制及其高效催化合成酰胺、羧酸和手性医药中间体、酶分子设计与改造、重组枯草芽孢杆菌细胞工厂高效合成脂肽、重组谷氨酸棒杆菌细胞工厂高效合成透明质酸以及基于M13噬菌体生物模板的生物纳米技术研究等方面取得主要进展。
