本实验室将主要以小鼠和IPS cells为疾病模型,结合遗传学,动物行为学, 分子生物学,生物信息学,电生理和化学生物学等研究手段对重大的神经系统疾病脊髓侧索硬化症和前额颞叶痴呆症进行分子机制和致病机理研究,并积极探索可行的治疗方案和手段
