个人简介

1997年10月毕业于浙江大学高分子系，获理学博士学位。1998年9月开始在上海有机化学研究所从事博士后研究，两年后继续留在该所工作。2002年10月至2006年3月，在日本大阪大学Frontier Research Center作访问学者，特任研究员。2006年4月回有机所工作

研究领域

(1) 新农药创制，与国际大公司合作研发环境友好的新型农药；(2)有机合成方法学研究，如金属催化的C-H键活化用于C-C键和C-N键的形成反应
