分别于1992和1995年在东北师范大学获学士和硕士学位，2000年在中科院地理科学与资源研究所获地图学与地理信息系统专业博士学位
工作简历
2000~2002在中科院遥感应用研究所进行博士后研究工作。2002年9月至今在中科院地理科学与资源研究所工作，其间于2003年和2006年两次赴香港浸会大学地理系做访问学者。现任资源与环境信息系统国家重点实验室副研究员。
主要在研项目：
1. 全国土壤污染状况调查数据集成与应用系统设计与开发（国家环境保护部，2006-2009）。项目负责人。
2. 基于中国土壤系统分类的我国主要热带、亚热带地区中比例尺制图（中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目，2007-2009）。项目负责人。
3. 空间数据认知模式与海量空间数据库知识发现（国家973项目，2006-2010）。子项目负责人。
已完成项目：
1. 天山开都河环境变化及其对环境变化的响应（国家自然科学基金资助项目，2002-2004）。项目负责人
2. 天山开都河冰川积雪变化与水文过程响应研究（中科院知识创新项，2003-2005）。项目负责人
研究领域
主要从事利用遥感和地理信息系统进行资源调查与现代地表过程模拟等方面的研究工作，主要研究领域：
1. 具有不确定性边界地理现象制图的理论与方法及其在资源调查中的应用。
2. 基于长时间序列遥感数据环境变化检测方法及其在干旱区环境变化监测中的应用。
3. 土壤环境质量数据集成应用系统建设与空间分析。
