个人简介
为南京师范大学教授，博士生导师，2002年入选江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师，2007年入选江苏省“333”人才培养工程。1985年毕业于厦门大学数学系（理学学士），并在河海大学基础部任教，1991年获海岸工程学硕士学位，1999年获海岸工程学博士学位，学位论文被评为江苏省第三届优秀博士学位论文。2002年为河海大学教授，2004年为河海大学港口海岸及近海工程专业博导，2005年为河海大学物理海洋学博导，2006年为水文水资源与水利工程科学国家重点实验室责任教授。1996年10月至1996年12月应邀赴香港中文大学地理系进行学术访问，2004年4月至2005年3月应邀赴澳大利亚昆士兰大学环境系进行学术访问及合作研究
研究领域
主要针对有关河口、海岸及海洋水文及资源环境方面的地学建模，开展数值模拟分析和计算方法方面的研究
